The 975-F Flat Carton imprinter is an advanced coding and dating system designed for chipboard imprinting applications.
This coding system utilizes disposable acrylic based "hot" ink rollers for coding up to five lines of alphanumeric copy onto blister cards and sheet label stocks. The unique 975-HR Hot Roller Imprinter provides a clear and instant dry print copy. Perfect for printing lot numbers, expiration dates, pricing, security codes, etc, on cut paper labels and blister cards.
(2) Cost effective and simple to use, the Cooper Flexopress utilizes industry-standard flexographic printing to offer the highest quality results. The Cooper Flexopress is available in 800 mm and 1000 mm print widths and in 1, 2, 3 and 4 color versions either manually or automatically fed. For corrugated cartons, a kick-feeder is offered, while for lightweight materials the Cooper Flexopress can be equipped with an optional suction feeder. Drying conveyors are available for plastics and other non-absorbent materials. Due to its modular nature, the Cooper Flexopress can easily be upgraded with feeders and extra color units after purchase.

It has been specifically designed for both converters as well as pharmaceutical/cosmetic or similar end-users of flexible materials such as tyvek, papers, films and foils who are seeking to reduce their flexible stock printing costs and have true on-demand print capability prior to their packaging or slitting operation. Units are simple, compact and can be run with water-based or UV inks as well as varnish or digital primer.
